We are an undeniable production dream team and a new way of working.

Throughout our years working in theatres, on event sites, at agencies and production companies (to name a few!) we’ve learned a trick or two, but we’re still pretty sure we don’t know everything.

Our goal as Joy and Jean is to focus on what we know and be humble about what we don’t. In collaborating together we’re able to offer a wider scope, expertise and experience to your project. And we don’t just stop at the dynamic duo - we have a long list of tried and tested industry pals to support, consult and chip in along the way.

Phoebe Jean

Director

Phoebe comes from a long list of theatre accolades, focusing the early part of her career as a production sound engineer. She’s built shows all across the globe, managed show teams and consulted on a whole host of productions.

Transferring these skills into live events and activations, Phoebe now comfortably sits between both worlds a reliable, delightful and meticulous pair of hands as a project, production and logistics manger.

Sarah Joy

Director

Sarah brings a wealth of experience from producing global live events and activations. Her passions lie in team leadership, production and producing. With experience client, agency and supplier side she brings a deep understanding of all stakeholders in the event production process.

Sarah enjoys taking on new challenges and injecting a dose of Joy along the way. She specialises as technical producer and production lead.
